Data controller
CM CONSULTING, 5 rue Saint-Sauveur, 75002 Paris, France, is responsible for the processing described here. For questions or requests concerning personal data, email contact@cmcmontani.com.
Contact form
We use your name, email address, message and form language to handle and respond to your enquiry. Your name, email and message are required to submit the form. Please do not include sensitive information or confidential documents in this initial enquiry.
For enquiries about a proposed project or service, processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. For other correspondence, it is based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Abuse prevention is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the form.
Messages are sent to our contact address and forwarded to the professional mailbox used by Chiara Montani. They are accessible to Chiara Montani and, for necessary technical operations, our hosting and email providers. Using the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Retention
Enquiries that do not proceed are kept for no longer than three years after the last contact from you. If a contractual relationship begins, necessary correspondence is kept during that relationship and then archived only as needed to meet legal obligations and defend legal rights, until the applicable periods expire.
Security and technical cookie
The form uses a session cookie called cm_contact to help protect submissions. It is not used for advertising. The current website does not include audience analytics or advertising trackers.
Submission limits use an IP-address fingerprint and submission times stored in a non-public technical file. The fingerprint is pseudonymised data, not a guarantee of anonymity. Limits are calculated over one hour; older entries are removed during a subsequent submission allowed by the frequency check. Deletion therefore does not happen automatically after one hour. The hosting provider’s technical logs are separate and support service operation and security. For information about technical data concerning you and its retention, please contact us.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where its conditions are met. Send requests to contact@cmcmontani.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL: https://www.cnil.fr/fr/adresser-une-plainte.
